Windows Media is not compatible with the Virtual Tour. You will need to download the QuickTime plugin in order to view the tour. Go to QuickTime and download the plugin, follow the installation instructions then return to the Virtual Tour.

The Virtual Tour Window only showed a puzzle piece. What does this mean?

The QuickTime plugin is not installed or you do not have the most current version of QuickTime. Go to QuickTime and download the newest version for free.

I downloaded QuickTime, but I still can't see the Virtual Tour. Why not?

If QuickTime did not Auto Install you will need to install the plugin. On most Window's machines QuickTime has been downloaded to "My Computer" then "Program Files". Inside the "Program Files" Folder there should be a QuickTime Folder. Open this folder and click on the installation icon. QuickTime should then run the installation program and walk you through a series of questions reguarding file type associations and connection speed. The file type associations needs to have Macintosh files extensions checked. Select your connection speed in the drop down menu and answer the rest of the questions in the install program. Then reopen the browser and view the Virtual Tour.

How do I move around to the different parts of the store?

To move around in the Virtual Tour click and drag left or right on the picture. When you click and drag to the left you will turn left. When you click and drag to the right you will turn right. To move to the next area locate the "hot spots" or links in the picture. The cursor will change to a hand with a pointed finger as you move over a "hot spot". Also at the bottom of the picture there will be a description of where the link will take you. Click on a "hot spot" and you will load the next 360° picture.
